Amgen Safety Net Foundation

STEP 3: If an independent foundation can’t provide assistance, the Amgen Safety Net Foundation may be able to help.
STEP 1: If you have Medicare and you need to use medicine that's covered under the medical benefit, that typically falls under Medicare Part B — not the usual prescription drug coverage (Part D). These are usually medications given or administered in a clinical setting, like in a doctor’s office or hospital outpatient department. Learn about Part B (Medical Insurance)-covered services.

STEP 1: Amgen Safety Net Foundation (ASNF) is a nonprofit patient assistance program established in 2001, sponsored by Amgen®. ASNF was designed to assist patients who have a financial need and are uninsured, or their insurance plan excludes the Amgen medicine. ASNF supports qualifying residents of the United States and its territories. ASNF provides access to every patient who qualifies.
